Having hit the charts in 2020 with Already, Tyreezy is laying the groundwork for an even bigger 2021.
Last year saw Tyreezy feature on Aitch’s Already, reaching 43 in the mainstream charts and clocking more than 1.3 million views on Youtube.
Skyrocketing into the mainstream thanks to a feature for track Oh Nah on Spotify’s New Music Friday playlist, Tyreezy spent much of his time pre-pandemic touring with Geko.
Tyreezy – the Henny Boi – signed a short-term deal with Universal, releasing On My Way. With Covid-19 putting a stop to live music, Ty hit the studios to build his tracklist ready for when the world reopens.
Manchester born and bred, Tyreezy is part of the growing wave of UK urban artists putting 0161 on the map. His melodic rap sound with has seen him clock up millions of streams already.
His first drop under new label Marylebone Records, Come Through, was released earlier in the year, followed by Separate Rooms, with further drops and an EP scheduled for later in 2021 and into 2022.
